  40.     Yes,  a  new  Spanish Party to be held...  I am very glad of having the
  41. chance to give you the good notice.  In a time when Commodore is pending on
  42. a  wire  and the Saturne Party III is cancelled, many events come to ensure
  43. the  Amiga's  life  for  years.   This  is one of those events, a party.  A
  44. meeting  between the different users of this wonderful computer, the Amiga.
  45. If  you  come here, you will meet a lot of people who thinks like you about
  46. computers  and  had  chosen  the  right  one  instead  of the bad one...  A
  47. computer  who  has the power to make some crazy boys go against the society
  48. and proclam his superiority.

  50.     For  a  few  days,  many  people get into a place and chat, save disks,
  51. watch  demos, intros...  It is a thing that not everybody can do...  unless
  52. they  have  an  Amiga.  You are supposed to have one of those, so why don't
  53. you come here and see what is going on...?

  59.     The  party  will  be  held in Posadas, a little village 32 km away from
  60. Cordoba,  the  nearest  city.   It is located in the South of Spain, so the
  61. temperatures  will  be quite high and the days will be that sunny you never
  62. had  seen  before,  so  you  will be able to come back to your house with a
  63. darkned skin...

  69.     The  party  will be held on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th of July.  The
  70. reasons for choosing these dates are:
  71.  
  72.     A) The days are very sunny in this days.
  73.     B) We all have ended our final exams and are not thinking  about  those
  74.        annoying things.
  75.     C) It  is a weekend and a freeday, so those of you who will be  working
  76.        would lose no days.
  77.     D) The amiga was presented for the first time in EEUU, in the 23rd july
  78.        of 1985, so we will be commemorating the Amiga's birthdate.

  84.     We  will  have  two  institutes,  a  swimming pool, a camping and a big
  85. auditorium, all of them borrowed by the Posadas' council.

  91.     A) Everybody  going  to  the  party must tell the organisers his  visit
  92.        before the date of the party event.
  93.     B) Everybody must specify his job in the scene as follows:
  94.         B1) Independent Amiga Owner.
  95.         B2) Group Member Amiga Owner.
  96.         B3) Visitor.
  97.         B4) Expositor.
  98.     C) Every  person  inscripted  must specify personal  data like  handle,
  99.        name, address, equip brought to the party...
  100.     D) Every person at the same time as confirming assistance, must pay the
  101.        entrance fee corresponding to his clasification.
  102.     E) Every  group  or  independant  user must confirm his arrival to  the
  103.        party,  so he will know his own place into the party place and  will
  104.        get the info matherial about the party.
  105.     F) 50%  of  the  Jury will be formed by one member from each group  for
  106.        each cathegory.
  107.     G) Every  person will have an Identity card, which must be  visible for
  108.        everybody.
  109.     H) Drinking  and  smoking is allowed  at  the party place while you  do
  110.        not bother somebody.
  111.     I) The   organisers   take  no  responsability  of  thefts,  losses  or
  112.        disperfects happened into the party place.

  221.     All the works must run on an A1200 with 2 Mb of chip plus 4 Mb of fast
  222. and an 420 Mb Quantun Hard disk of 2'04 Mb/s on the SysInfo V3.23.

  224. About the competitions:

  226.     A) Demos:
  227.  
  228.     1.  The limit is fixed in 10 double sided and double density 3'5 disks.
  229.     2.  It  can  be  made  in  any  lenguage, but it is not allowed to  use
  230.         utilities like Scala, Video-Tracker, Demo Maniac and so on...

  232.     B) Intros:

  234.     1. The maximum size is 70 kb.
  235.  
  236.     C) Modules:
  237.  
  238.     1. All the modules must be Protracker compatible.
  239.     2. The modules will be listened only for three minutes.
  240.     3. If there are too many modules, we will do a preselection.

  242.     D) 2D Graphics:

  244.     1. All the resolutions are allowed.
  245.     2. The graphic must be painted with a maximum of 256 colors.
  246.     3. The HAM6 and HAM8 formats are not allowed here.
  247.     4. The draws must be made using any 2D  programs  such  as  Brilliance,
  248.        Dpaint, etc...
  249.     5. It  is  not  allowed  to use brushes or images created with  any  3D
  250.        program such as Imagine, Lightwave and so on...
  251.     6. Of course, Digitalizations are not allowed.

  253.     E) 3D Graphics:

  255.     1. All of them must have been generated by a 3d program.

  329.         This allows you to visit the party in group.

  344.     E) Press, Tv and other members of the comunication world:

  346.         You must acredit your job as a informer and your non vinculation to
  347. the scene.

  376.     All  the  Party  is  subsidized  by  the  different  entitys  who  will
  377. contribute  to this event, so all the money collected will be destinated to
  378. increase the prizes.

  384.     This is not the definitive party information.  It will be actualiced as
  385. fast  as  we  get  something new for the party, which is about every two or
  386. three weeks.

  388.     We  need  your  help  to make this party a good success, so spread this
  389. information like hell and try to come here.  Spain is a good place to spend
  390. your holydays and meet some Amiga owners, like you.

  392.     In  a  time  when everybody seems to be angry with the scene because of
  393. his comerciality, Spain seems to have the answer...  We do not want to do a
  394. boring party, but a funny one, and we need you to come here.  Maybe we have
  395. not  the  big  prizes  of  the Saturne III or the Party IV, but we have the
  396. essential,  friendship.   It can sound quite lame (at least for me), but it
  397. is  not lame in anyway.  We are talking about other type of friendship, not
  398. that one of the letters, but the one of the parties.
